Lions District 12-S Hearing Aid Program

District 12-S can assist persons to obtain high-quality digital hearing aids at little or no cost, depending on the total family income. Recipients are expected to pay a co-payment according to the following income and co-payment guidelines .

There is a formal application procedure that your local Lions club can help you with. Applications must be processed by your local Lions club. Click here for the application guidelines .

Applications that are not processed by your local Lions club will be returned resulting in unnecessary delays in obtaining assistance.
